How can I pay?

We use PayPal as our payment processor, so we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Or, you can pay using your PayPal balance.

Is your site secure?

Yes. You pay through PayPal, the world's premier electronic payment solution, not through this site. We never even see your credit card number; PayPal just tells us that you've paid and we ship you your stuff. We get your money through PayPal later.

Do I have to have a PayPal account to buy?

No, you can pay with your credit card without a PayPal account.

Do you accept orders from outside the US? 

Absolutely.

 All orders when possible are sent First Class mail, and arrival time can widely vary.
 Please note that as the receiver of the package, you are responsible for customs fees and taxes assessed by your country. Be assured that I will expedite the process by filing out the forms accurately and honestly. This means putting the correct value on the customs form and not marking it as "gift".

Please be aware your country may charge additional customs duty and/or import taxes.

Please also be aware that as the seller I do not pay for any applicable duty, value added taxes (VAT) or import consumption taxes charged to you by your country. 

The recipient of the merchandise will be required to pay the duty or VAT upon delivery. Due to import duty valuation adjustments and currency valuations, I am unable to provide an estimate for duty or VAT.

I will not put false information on Customs Forms so please do not ask. Thank you.

What is your return and exchange policy?

If there are any problems with your order, please message/email me as soon as you find the problem so I can help or try to fix it. Use the "Contact" link on the left side of the screen.

In some cases I may be able to repair items damaged during normal use. Please contact me before returning an item for repair to make sure the return is necessary, and refer to the care instructions under Additional Information as misuse does not count as normal wear. I will ask that the customer pays the shipping in returning the item for repair, and for replaced materials if applicable/necessary (determined on case-by-case basis). Return shipping after repairs will be covered by me.

If your purchase just won't work for you, I'll accept a return in original packaging within two weeks of receipt. Please contact me before returning the item. The purchase will be refunded when the item arrives, minus the shipping cost and any damage that wasn't mentioned if it wasn't caused in return shipment (determined on case-by-case basis).

Insurance added to shipping should cover items lost in the mail (verified by tracking), but items lost after delivery are not covered and cannot be refunded or exchanged. Non-OOAK items can be replaced (re-ordered) through a custom request of the original price.

To make the order go smoothly and quickly, adjustment requests including measurements should be submitted at or before purchase, if at all possible.* Please include measurements in your message with your adjustment request. For handflowers this includes wrist size and distance around the middle finger including the base knuckle. However, if the item is a gift and recipient's size is unknown it can be returned for adjustment if the customer contacts me at time of purchase to let me know that's the plan. If your item doesn't fit despite measurements given, please contact me and I'll help you re-measure and return the item for adjustment. No returns or refunds without an email.

*Please note, some items may have limited adjustablity, sometimes it will be best to request a custom item of a different size instead of adjustment. If it is determined this is the case after you place the order I will send you a message and can cancel the order to replace it with a custom request.

If the only adjustment you want is a change in clasp, please message me about it; I'll be happy to make a switch but I may have to find and/or order the clasp you want so it may take some time, and sterling silver or gold clasps will be an extra cost.

Custom orders/ adjusted items are non-returnable, unless the only difference between the custom order and an original item is color. I will work with you to get all the details needed for the custom order and check in with progress before shipping the item.

For sanitary purposes I cannot take return on earrings.

Do you take custom requests?

I am not taking custom requests at this time.

When custom orders are available:

I can usually make custom variations on existing items, such as color and size. I will take your request for style, color, and size, estimate the price, request a 50% downpayment, and then make the item, updating on progress at least once before finishing. The price will be similar to the original, but likely higher if the size is increased or elements are added. I will not change the design beyond minor adjustments after starting the order, and the 50% downpayment will be non-refundable. I will not always be able to take every request, so please email me to check. I like to keep some items (especially bead and chain handflowers) one-of-a-kind, so I usually won't make more than one but can sometimes take a request for a variation. Handmade chainmaille takes a considerable amount of time and material cost, therefore I do not take requests for whole new designs, and may not be able to fit a request within a particular budget or time frame. I also will not directly copy the work of someone else.
